Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute effective customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn rates.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and data analysis, and take necessary actions to address any concerns or gaps.
- Design and implement effective communication strategies to keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and new offerings.
- Monitor key retention metrics and develop reports to track progress, highlight successes, and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on customer retention strategies and initiatives.
